New Vue Help Arizona Cardinals to Crunch Loyalty Program Data

New Vue has been busy working with SKIDATA and the Arizona Cardinals to provide business intelligence for their ‘All Access’ fan loyalty program.

The club uses technology from SKIDATA to provide the Cardinals All Access loyalty/rewards program to their fans. After engaging with thousands of fans through the online portal, the Cardinals are now using an analytics dashboard to gain business intelligence into how their fans are utilizing the program and identify opportunities for its improvement.

Using Microsoft Power BI, New Vue has provided analysis that will help to improve the results of the All Access program by better understanding customer behavior. We’re pleased to be working with SKIDATA and have seen a benefit of combining the two products.
